Objectives
By the end of the program, participants will demonstrate the ability to:
- Show up without an agenda and be present with the client.
- Screen for contraindications prior to using the WaveMaker and has a procedure for this that is used with every client.
- Establish muscle-checking rapport with every client and resolve muscle-checking problems systematically and skillfully.
- Work collaboratively with client throughout session, accurately sensing when client needs information/explanation and provides this.
- Use self muscle-checking to determine the direction of inquiry.
- Hone in quickly on the priority issue(s) for the session.
- Phrase optimal intention statements simply and elegantly.
- Check for and identify barriers as indicated by muscle checking.
- Persist in inquiry until the core of the issue is reached each time.
- Correctly use debug and upgrade modes on the WaveMaker as indicated by muscle checking.
- Always check for completion of each issue and of the session.
- Succinctly describe each of the 12 Core Dynamics of Common Problems.
- Accurately identify the Core Dynamics at play in each client scenario.
- Request feedback from others about how coach's own Core Dynamics show up in interactions and willingly works on eliminating these.
- Understand Personal Needs and explain these clearly to others. (see document in file section of the Yahoo Group)
- Request feedback about how your own Needs show up and willingly discuss and debug these.
- Show commitment to increasingly conducting self as described in the Way of Being document. (see below)
- Articulately describe the WaveMaker and Human Software Engineering to others.
- Ask for and receive financial payment for WaveMaker sessions.
- Generate return visits and referrals from clients
