Having built a successful practice over sixteen years as a business and life coach, I am keenly aware of the desire successful people have to change and grow as quickly and easily as possible. Therapy, counseling and coaching are three conventional means used toward eliminating the inner blocks that hold us back in life. However, key breakthroughs often involve a considerable time commitment. Imagine my curiosity upon learning of a new technology that purported to do in minutes what typically takes weeks, months, even years to accomplish through traditional methods.

The Human Software Engineering two day event immediately follows The 12 Core Dynamics of Common Problems seminar that is also offered by Inner Human Design, Inc. on the two days prior to each of the dates listed in our schedule. These training programs are taught by Tom Stone with assistance from some of the other advanced Human Software Engineers.

Listen to a free introductory teleclasses called How to Get Out of Your Own Way—An Introduction to the 12 Core Dynamics of Common Problems (formerly called the Absence of You). These calls were recorded and are now available as Real Audio files that you can listen to. Each call is approximately 55 minutes in length and both of them offer an introduction to the Core Dynamics as well as focus on the dynamic of Ignoring Your Intuition as an example. There are some mini coaching sessions in the recordings as well. You can listen to these recordings if you have the Real Audio player software on your computer.

The 12 Core Dynamics of Common Problems includes an understanding of the mechanisms that tend to keep us locked into conditioned reactions. These conditioned reactions are typically in opposition to what we really want in our life and therefore create conflicting intentions inside of us. They tend to keep us stuck in old habitual ways of being that have been difficult to change.

Using the WaveMaker and the Human Software Engineering protocols we can reduce or eliminate the patterns of energy and information that hold these outdated conditioned reactions in place. Changing deep seated conditioned reactive patterns has historically been a difficult process. In fact, most people become resigned to living with their conditioning because it seems like it is just a part of who they are. This is because the conditioned ways of being were modeled for us by our parents or others and they are as if "written all over our internal hard drive." Now however, with Human Software Engineering and the WaveMaker technology, wiping out the energy and information of these patterns has become as easy as dragging unwanted files to the recycle bin or hitting the delete key on your computer.

It is not necessary to own a WaveMaker in order to participate.
