The Vaporize Your Anxiety Coach Training Program has two aspects to it.

1. Four 1 hour teleclasses with Tom Stone to learn the details of the specific application of Core Dynamics Coaching to helping people vaporize their anxiety
2. A Procedure for becoming a Certified Vaporize Your Anxiety Coach

This training has been created in order to be able to serve a large demand for Vaporize Your Anxiety Coaches that is anticipated based on my new book - Vaporize Your Anxiety - Groundbreaking Treatment for Anxiety without Drugs or Therapy - and on the web marketing, seminar and book tour that I will be doing during 2008.

There will be seminars in six cities this year - Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Vancouver and Carlsbad, CA in which people will learn how to vaporize their anxiety using the CORE Technique and the new SEE Technique. These seminars will also introduce people to the WaveMaker, the Core Dynamics model and the Pure Awareness Techniques. They will also be promoting Core Dynamics Seminars that will occur in the same cities about 8 to 10 weeks after the initial Vaporize Your Anxiety seminar in each city. In addition to the seminars I'll be doing radio and TV interviews, book signings at book stores, and interviews with the press.

We will also be doing an extensive web marketing campaign to promote the book and the seminars.

In the book, on the web and at the seminars we will be strongly recommending that people hire a Vaporize Your Anxiety Coach in order to get some help in resolving the inner basis of their anxiety very thoroughly and permanently. So we anticipate that we are going to need lots of very good coaches to serve the many people who will want support with learning how to vaporize their anxiety.

In addition, we will have an automated scheduling system for Vaporize Your Anxiety Coaches so that when people sign up for a Vaporize Your Anxiety Coaching Program and choose you as their coach from your profile, you will give them access to your available schedule of appointments and they can schedule themselves. You get an auto-responder letting you know when to be available for your sessions. The system is now basically ready and waiting for us to finish the front end web site which is still under construction and also to have the GLT Certified Vaporize Your Anxiety Coaches invited into set up their profiles and schedules.

So there are several things coming together all at about the same time (hopefully!). As of February 17th we have -

• The book (layout and cover just getting finished)
• The seminars (planned and dates set for all six cities)
• The PR campaign (Gerri Ratigan is organizing the book and seminar tour and is already organizing the book reviews, interviews, book signings, etc.)
• The web marketing (We have a new web marketing firm called the Butter Group who are working on an extensive web marketing campaign for the book)
• The new web site for the book (under construction)
• The Coaching Portal and scheduling system (ready and waiting for integration with the new web site for the book and for the Certified Coaches profiles and schedules)
• The Vaporize Your Anxiety Coach Training and Certification Program (to begin shortly)

Coaches who take the training and pass the certification process will receive clients as people come to the web looking for a coach to help them vaporize their anxiety. As the clients will make their choice form the profiles created by the coaches within the system we of course cannot guarantee that they will choose you. However, given enough clients everyone could get quite busy. My concern is if we are going to have enough capacity to serve the number of clients generated. We'll just have to see how it all unfolds as we go.

The Training:

As this training is only open to experienced Core Dynamics and WaveMaker Coaches we will only need a short training to make sure that everyone is competent with using the new SEE Technique, using the CORE Technique, the GPS Technique and the other Pure Awareness Techniques as needed. We also want everyone to be familiar with and using consistent and up-to-date language. We'll also make sure that you are not anxious about helping people vaporize their anxiety! :-) During the training you will be prepared to go through the certification procedure.

The training will occur in four one hour teleclasses all at 2:00 PM Pacific time on the following dates:

Wednesday - February 27th

Friday - February 29th

Monday - March 3rd

Wednesday - March 5th

In addition, to insure high quality of coaching and therefore and exquisite reputation for the Vaporize Your Anxiety Coaching Programs for clients, we have a certification procedure that you must go through in order to become a GLT Certified Vaporize Your Anxiety Coach and join the Portal.

The certification involves you giving a Core Dynamics coaching session to someone with anxiety who you organize to be on a conference call with one or more GLT certifiers listening in. Your session will be evaluated and you will receive either your certification or recommendations for what you need to do in order to pass the certification procedure if you don't pass it the first time. You will have the opportunity to go through the procedure again if needed at a later date after working on improving anything that was not up to par during the certification assessment process.

Cost of the Training and Certification:

The Training and Certification cost is $400.00. If you have to go through the certification again at a future date, each time the cost will be $200 which is mainly to pay for the certifier's time.

You should also be aware that once you are certified and invited to be a coach in the Vaporize Your Anxiety Coaches web site and portal, you will also be required to sign an agreement with a few points to protect both you and GLT and to make sure that all of the arrangements are clear to everyone. We are into having clear simple agreements. It will mainly include the agreement of not recruiting clients that you get through the portal outside of the portal into your independent private practice, submitting invoices for your coaching in a timely manner, etc. This will not limit your current coaching practice in anyway. It will only provide the clear guidelines for appropriately working within the portal.

There will also be a small monthly maintenance fee to maintain your listing in the portal. This cost will be $27.00 per month. The training and certification and this small monthly fee will be your only costs to participate in this program. You will not begin paying this monthly fee until you have been invited into the portal.
