About our program…
“Bridging The Gap” is an entirely experiential workshop. We planned this to be a unique experience for both, parents and teens. This is the only program available that involves “Human Software Engineering™”; a new emerging field, through The 12 Core Dynamics of Common Problems™ Model. This Model, gives us great insights of what is underneath human conditioning and the technology to resolve the barriers that may be blocking not only you as a parent but your teen as well.
We have been trained as Core Dynamics Coaches, and have an extensive background, training and experience in the field of Coaching, Counseling and Personal Development. Our greatest attribute in this field, is our passion for helping youth, parents and families. (About your facilitators)

For parents…
We
invite you to imagine the great answers to these questions…
- Would you like to talk in a way that your teen listens?
- Would you like to listen in a way that allows you to understand what your teen means?
- What if you could resolve what triggers you?
- What if you could resolve what stresses you the most?
- Do you sometimes have a doubt on whether you are doing the right thing?
- Do you judge yourself because of what you have done?
- Do you judge others?
- Are you sometimes distracted with what has happened in the past or what will happen in the future rather than focusing on what is happening now?
- Do you sometimes “raise the bar” on yourself to meet others expectations on what you should be doing?
Sometimes it is not about our kids at all… Sometimes it is not even about the facts or circumstances… it is about our reactions to them. We tend to focus on the story that was created through a previous experience about how we expected things to happen, with all the fears, anxieties and frustration that come with it.
This way of parenting is not only frustrating, it is also unfulfilling, instead of a gift, it can certainly become a struggle.
Through the “Bridging THE GAP” workshop, you as a parent will participate in the last 4 hours of the workshop in a program tailored for your specific needs. When you register, we will send you a confidential questionnaire where you can explain the Dynamic(s) taking place at home.
We will be discussing techniques that will support parenting, not only for the troubled teen’s parents, but for parents that want to be the presence their kids need to grow in a loving way.
“We have discovered that there is a set of human strengths that are the most likely buffers against mental illness: courage, optimism, interpersonal skill, work ethic, hope, honesty and perseverance. Much of the task of prevention will be to create a science of human strength whose mission will be to foster these virtues in young people.”
Martin Seligman |
“In order to understand others, we must first understand ourselves.”

Teen program…
Teens will be challenged and stretched to reach their full potential. They will learn that they have the ability to “be” and therefore “do” whatever they aspire to be.
This type of work is very confronting for many of them. There may be participants who show up with a tremendous amount of emotional baggage that they need to address, and there may be participants who have no major issues, they may just have the desire for higher learning or personal growth. We welcome them however they show up, and allow them to be in the space that they are at any given moment.
We will cover topics that are most relevant to what teens are faced this days according to their age, including: Bullying, Suicide, Drugs, Peer Pressure, Alcohol, Forms of Abuse, Gangs, Gossip, Eating Disorders, Appearances, Relationships, Prejudice, Preparing for Adulthood, The Media, Depression, Family Conflicts, Money, Material Things, Rejection, Teen-Pregnancy, and the Influence of Pop-Culture.
Over the last century, personal development has taken quite a leap from its early developments of what started out to be a new way of thinking, that only about one percent of human beings could grasp, such as early 1900’s author, Abraham Maslow’s, concept of self-actualization, defined as, “the desire to become more and more what one is, to become everything that one is capable of becoming.”
As we progress into the new millennia, our world is evolving at rapid pace. Technology and media have become an integral part of our society and our culture. With the many benefits these resources have had for us, there have also been an alarming number of negative effects on our society, and our children and teenagers are being most affected. They have become submersed in texting, cell phones, video games, music devices, computers, internet, and Television. The entire concepts of human interaction are being neglected. Our youth is in danger of losing their social interaction skills and their desire for human contact. With constant exposure to graphic media and content unsuitable for their actual age level, they are becoming desensitized to the world around them.
The first generation of personal development focused precisely on, “Personal” transformation, and was only a resource for adults. But a new generation of transformational work is taking its place in the world, a new paradigm of multi-dimensional approaches for individuals, couples, families, corporations, and now for children, teens, and young adults.
It’s time for adults and parents to take action, to get involved and to get connected with the youth of our nation, and to take part in the new era of Universal Transformation.
At this workshop, teens will learn through experience the following:
- They are human “beings” not human “doings” or “having”
- Gain self-confidence
