More about the new and existing GLT team -
Sandy Crow is our new Vice President of Finance and Business Development.
She is now working on raising capital and creating strategic marketing alliances. In her previous position as Assistant Controller of a $400 million dollar company, Sandy was part of the management team who prepared the company for sale. By identifying, recommending and executing revenue growth, cost reduction, cash flow acceleration and overall operational efficiency opportunities, the company sold for a higher than expected value. As an investor with over 15 years experience, she has conducted many due diligence reviews investing in numerous private companies, stocks, bonds, commercial real estate, and promissory note opportunities. As an advocate and investor in Great Life Technologies, she is committed to helping the company achieve its goals and investor/owner return expectations.

Sherri Crispin is our new Marketing Strategist. Sherri has provided thought leadership in the areas of marketing, branding, communications, and strategic planning for over 20 years. Her clients include firms such as Charles Schwab, Intuit, Intel, Nissan, and Delta Faucet, as well as a variety of start-up organizations in the telecom, technology, food, fitness, and wellness industries. Clients, including Joe Wambaugh, Van Tharp, and psychic medium John Edward, have made it to the WSJ and/or NY Times bestseller lists. Her practical strategies and techniques produce local and national TV, Radio and Press exposure, celebrity endorsements, high national awareness and high volume book sales which, in turn, drive author businesses. In addition she provides guidance on book series development, media coaching, press releases and a host of other PR and book marketing services.
Robin Hill is our new Chief of Staff. He is another great advocate of GLT and is also an investor in the company. Robin comes to GLT with over 30 years of training, leadership, management and sales experience in the mortgage, corporate, real estate development and finance industries. While with Home Saving, American Saving, WAMU and Countrywide Home Loans, he funded over 1½ billion in home loans. Robin is a successful developer, investor, lecturer and coach. Since the fall of 2008, he has worked closely with me on every major decision for the development and expansion of Great Life Technologies and has helped to source many of GLT's new team members and other resources.

Michael has trained over 4,000 coaches and is a long standing Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. You already know and love Sharon Velotas who so beautifully and graciously handles Customer Service in addition to being Tom's Administrative Assistant and the Office Administrator, capably handling a myriad of customer relations, administrative and clerical tasks. She has been with us a year and a half now, and comes to us with a degree in Computer Sciences, a certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner, and many years experience working at various companies in administrative and clerical positions as well as a programmer in the computer field. As she has said "I'm only now beginning to see where all my divergent paths were preparing me for being involved with GLT." She is our main contact person at GLT if you have any questions or concerns about any of our products, seminars, training, or general questions about the company.

Charmaine Briones is our wonderful Virtual Assistant who handles so much of our web site updating, reception, editing and posting of all of the teleclass and webinar recordings. She actually lives in the Philippines but because of VoIP technology it seems like she's right here in our offices in Carlsbad. In fact someone who just learned of this was really surprised to find this out. She's a gem and such a big help to us.

Toni MacKenzie takes care of the Squeaky Clean Program. Toni Mackenzie is theProgram Manager for theSqueaky Clean Program. Toni's a strong communicator along with strong program management skills with a natural ability to connect with people which makes her a great fit for our company and for this program.
The WaveMaker Mastery Team includes Patricia Coleman, Susan Wight, Nancy Emmert and Cora Whittington. This team handles the mentor coaching, program management, teaching assistance when I am traveling, etc. and basically helps make this a smooth running and very successful training program, producing high quality WaveMaker Coaches.
In addition we have other part time contributors, superb vendors and subcontractors and others who help GLT serve our growing community. I am deeply grateful to be blessed with so many wonderful people who are so dedicated to GLT and to serving everyone whose lives we are priviledged to touch with this work.
That's our team but we are getting set to grow by leaps and bounds so soon there will be lots more folks helping to get HSE out into the world in a big way and provide all the needed support for the people we serve. Here's what we are planning to do in the months and years ahead -
GLT's new plan
Our new plan is to focus on growing the business in four primary areas.

1. The Power of How - To grow by expanding the marketing of our already successful book and seminar business. We have been interviewing book marketers and publicists to find the right people to help us get The Power of How book out into the world in a big way. We have selected Antoinette Kuritz whose company, STRATEGIES Literary Development, Management & Public Relations will spearhead this project. We'll be starting our campaign very soon. Antoinette has helped numerous authors get their books on national best seller lists. Getting The Power of How out into the market with high public awareness will be a powerful way to fill our seminars and expand our existing successful business.

2. Vaporize Your Anxiety - To grow the Vaporize Your Anxiety program by doing research to quantify and validate the superb results that we have been seeing for a long time. We have made arrangements to do a scientific study about the impact that the Pure Awareness Techniques can have on reducing anxiety at the Laboratory for the Study of Anxiety Disorders at the University of Texas - Austin. The study will be done under the direction of Dr Michael Telch, who is a world famous researcher of anxiety and has been researching anxiety disorders for 25 years. We have just reached an important milestone by received the approval of our study by the university's Institutional Review Board. This study will give us highly credible data on just how much we can reduce anxiety using HSE. This will form a powerful foundation for marketing our Vaporize Your Anxiety Program. We have discovered through web research that HMO's (Health Maintenance Organizations) like Kaiser Permanente and others spend on average $2,000 more per member for members with anxiety than it costs them to care for members without anxiety. Our study will provide the data that will quantify just how much we can save HMO's by providing their members who currently have anxiety with our highly cost effective program.
3. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Debugging. - A member of our community had the brilliant idea that we do an additional study on the use of the Pure Awareness Techniques for resolving PTSD - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. We are getting introductions to the leaders within the PTSD treatment community in the greater San Diego area. Our offer is to debug 10 Iraq war vets for PTSD (also now called Combat and Operational Stress - by the military) and see how much we can help them. On the basis of this we'll move on to do a formal study with a statistically significant number of cases and use the anticipated very positive results to negotiate a contract to help the military and government to resolve this urgent problem. We know we can make a huge difference with this!
4. Be Smoke Free Now - We are arranging to do yet an additional study on the dramatic reduction of withdrawal symptoms from nicotine when people try to stop smoking. We already know that debugging people using a partially smoked cigarette in the input of the WaveMaker creates a powerful effect of nearly flat-lining withdrawal symptoms. We have found a research collaborator at the Integrative Medicine Institute at the University of Maryland. Dr. Joyce Frye will oversee a double blind study designed to quantify the level to which we can reduce nicotine withdrawal symptoms when people are stopping smoking. We are working towards gaining FDA clearance for making claims about this type of debugging using the WaveMaker Technology.
There will be other areas that will be growing in addition to these such as the expansion of Core Dynamics Coach training repositioned as Human Software Engineering Training; expanding our offerings of applications of HSE to the corporate training and coaching market, applications of HSE to improving sports performance, conducting research on other WaveMaker applications like our ADD/ADHD debugging, Allergy Debugging, reduction of the negative side effects of Chemotherapy, reduction of Fibromyalgia symptoms, reduction of bladder infection symptoms, additional new books in the Debug and Upgrade YourSelf book series, etc., etc. So there's lots of exciting things coming in the months and years ahead.
For projects 2, 3 and 4 above we will be doing research to quantify the level of effectiveness of our specialized HSE Protocols so that we can then use the results of the research as powerful elements of our marketing. 1, 2 and 3 do not require any regulatory approval as they don't involve the WaveMaker or WaveMaker Pro. The purpose of our research will be to powerfully substantiate the amazing results that we have all been seeing with using HSE to reduce these major health and mental health problems. Now that we have identified excellent research collaborators, GLT is actively seeking funding to conduct these studies through investors, donors and grants and to pursue regulatory approval of our technology. It's amazing how much all of this takes in time and money!
We've been in R&D mode long enough. It's now time to get HSE applications out into the world in a much bigger way than ever before and that's exactly what we are going to do. You can do your part by spreading the word about what we are up to. Share this email and especially the link to the new GLT video with anyone who might be interested in being a part of this great endeavor. Thanks in advance for your help with this.
What does all of this mean to you?
If you are a Core Dynamics Coach or a WaveMaker Coach the expansion of GLT's activities in research and marketing could well have a big impact on your practice. It will be really powerful for you to have scientific data to support the marketing of your services.
We anticipate an enormous increase in the demand for highly trained Human Software Engineers to support the growth that we anticipate from expanding our research and marketing activities. So we'll be expanding our training programs too in order to prepare for and meet the growing demand. This means that there will be more and more great career opportunities for well trained HSE's. If you are not yet trained in Core Dynamics Coaching or WaveMaker Coaching you might want to consider making this training a priority so you can be prepared to participate in meeting the tsunami of demand that appears to be on the horizon.
This also means that there will be more and more resources, programs and products coming from GLT over the months ahead to enrich both your professional and personal iife in extraordinary ways. Stay tuned and watch the magic unfold! And of course you won't just watch. Naturally you'll participate in those aspects of it that you resonate with.
This certainly should also be translating into increasingly effective and high quality service from GLT as we increase customer satisfaction capability, systems, and functions in the coming months. We are dedicated to making sure that we debug and upgrade ourselves in whatever ways are required to be able to serve our growing customer base as effectively and graciously as possible. Please let us know how we are doing and share any suggestions of how we can serve you better.
We very much look forward to upgrading and expanding our capability and success in supporting you to live the fullness of who and what you really are. And the nice thing is that we get a lot of joy out of doing that!
Thanks for being part of the growing family and for spreading the word about GLT and the opportunity to be involved,
Warmly,
Tom Stone
