Anxiety Research - Community Call
I have often said that the religion of our day is Science and the dogma of this religion is data! In order for something to be accepted in our modern society is has to be substantiated and validated through scientific research.
So in order to be able to "talk the language" of the current paradigm in the world and to increase the acceptance level of HSE, this year we are going to be doing lots of research to quantify and validate the fantastic results that we get with HSE techniques and technologies.
We are in conversation with researchers now working on getting the details in place to begin a study on reducing anxiety using the Pure Awareness Techniques. So on January 22nd I'll be giving a community call about the upcoming research project.

We are quite excited actually about getting this research done. I know that this will go a long way toward substantiating what we do and giving this work a much higher credibility factor. Updated Essence of Each Core Dynamic document
A few years ago I created a document called the Essence of Each Core Dynamic. It has been used to help people in trainings like the Core Dynamics Coach Training, Core Dynamics Teacher Training and the WaveMaker Mastery Program to understand the details of how the conditioning of each Core Dynamic creates a barrier to living and enjoying Pure Awareness all the time.
I have been putting the finishing touches on my next book which is entitled The Power of How - Simple Techniques for Debugging Your Ego and Your Pain-body that I just sent to the book layout guy today. Colleen Moore has just finished doing a fantastic job of editing the book and she suggested that I put the document on the Essence of Each Dynamic in it as an appendix. I thought it was a great idea so I did.
More about the updated Essence of Each Core Dynamic document
Because I had written the original of this Essence of Each Dynamic document several years ago it did not include the three new Pure Awareness Techniques - SEE, SANYAMA and GPS. But the update turned out to be much more than just incorporating the three new Pure Awareness Techniques. There are other changes and additions too. In this document each of the Core Dynamics is described as a barrier to living and enjoying Pure Awareness all the time, which indeed each of them is.
In the document it describes the following things that are to be learned for each Barrier to living and enjoying Pure Awareness:
- The Core Dynamic
- This is the way of being that has resulted from our pre-verbal conditioning
- The Feeling Level Decision
- This is the decision that is made on a feeling level that has no words to it that becomes the basis of how we limit our experiences of life
- The Conditioned Response
- This is the specific learned reactive behavior based on the Feeling Level Decision
- Knowing the Distinction between
- This is what is important to intellectually understand in order to recognize the Conditioned Response and be able to use the appropriate Pure Awareness Technique
- What needs to be learned?
- This is the combination of becoming aware of our previously unconscious conditioned responses and consciously choosing in that moment of awareness to cultivate a new way of being
- What needs to be optimized?
- This is the description of the capacity or skill that needs to be cultivated and mastered in order to fully live the new way of being
- The Pure Awareness Techniques
- This is the specific experiential technique or techniques that are to be learned and used to dissolve the conditioned responses that create this Core Dynamic
So I revised the document and it is available as a downloadable PDF file in the files section of the Human Software Engineering Yahoo email discussion group. If you are a member of that group you can go there and simply download it from the files menu of the group which you will find on the left hand side of the home page along with the other menus for the group.
If you are not yet a member its simple to join. Just go to this web page HSE Yahoo Group and click on the button on the right that says Join this Group. Once you receive an email confirming that you have been added to the group you can go to the files menu as mentioned above for members and download this file. It's called The Essence of Each Core Dynamic.pdf and is at the bottom of the files list.
I hope you enjoy and benefit from it. There's no obligation to stay in the Yahoo group and you can remove yourself anytime. But you may find it a great resource if you are not already a member as there are over 500 people in the group and more than 2300 posts that go back to 2002 when we started the group. I'm very pleased to let you know that we have instituted some new procedures that are making the Squeaky Clean Program easier and quicker to offer. When I first heard how the German naturopaths use a wonderful process that they call "regulative medicine" in which they use devices like the WaveMaker Pro to help remove barriers to the body's ability to heal itself, it struck me as the most "makes sense" approach to health care I had ever heard. In a call last week with Martin Keymer for the Extraordinary Wellness Coach Training, Martin reviewed all of the steps in detail and it reminded me again of how sensible and practical this wonderful program is.
It's a simple series of steps that involve:
- Removing "operating system blocks" - that means removing any barriers to the basic regulatory system of the body being able to work properly
- Then we open the organs of elimination
- Then we purge the accumulated toxins from the body by debugging using body secretions that contain the toxins that are in us
- The next step is to debug the remaining toxic stresses that didn't get out from the generic detoxification using body secretions
- And then we debug the deepest, oldest stresses like vaccinations and inherited stresses
- Then we give a customized Homeopathic Remedy for further support
- And then six months after we are finished with all of this we do a check up session to see how your body is now doing with its new ability to heal and take care of itself
It's amazing what this does. It completely unburdens the immune system and it makes it possible for your body to keep you healthier, often better than ever before in your life.

The way that we now offer this program uses special oil and mineral water drops in special dark violet glass. The glass is impervious to everything except some of the frequencies of sunlight that are helpful and do not degrade the very specific energy patterns that are imprinted into the drops. More about the Squeaky Clean Program
Why both oil and mineral drops?
When Martin Keymer was trying to figure out how to get all of the frequency information into a liquid he experimented with different kinds of liquid and he couldn't find one liquid that would hold the full spectrum of the frequency information. I guess it was a little like trying to invent the lightbulb! Finally he realized that a particular type of oil would hold part of the frequencies and a special mineral water would hold the other part of the spectrum. This finally made it possible to get the full frequency information into liquids that people could then use anywhere away from his practice.
The drops are made using a brass pin that is inserted down into the bottles of liquid at the end of the cable to imprint the liquids with the signal from the WaveMaker Pro.
When you are a participant in the Squeaky Clean Program you get several sets of oil and mineral drops each month. Each set of two bottles of drops are imprinted with one of the steps of the debugging and upgrading from that particular session. The drops come with clear instructions for how to take them, for how many days, etc.
The mineral drops are taken using the dropper (pictured above) to place a few drops under the tongue. The oil drops are rubbed into the skin typically over the area of the body that is being worked on. So if the purpose of a given set of drops was for stimulating detoxification of the liver for example, you would rub the oil drops onto the skin at your lower right side rib cage and upper abdomen.
What goes in the drops?
The drops are made using the WaveMaker Pro and the appropriate ampoules that are selected from the extensive library of test kits at our office. The drops are imprinted with the energy from the ampoules. When you take the drops the impulses of highly specific debugging or upgrading signals stimulate the body to heal itself in particular ways depending upon which ampoules are used.
A session may involve from 2 to 4 sets of drops. A typical session may involve providing energy in the first set of drops to the group of organs or systems that is being worked on such as the Wood Element in the case of the liver. (The Wood Element is a functional grouping of organs from the Chinese Five Element System. The Wood Element includes the liver, gallbladder, joints & muscles and the fat metabolism.)
The second set of drops is often a debugging signal to remove some stressor from (in this case) the liver (or whatever organ or system is being worked on).
Then the third set of drops may be to provide additional energy for the parts or functions of the organ in question to further support its ability to heal and repair itself.
This combination of strengthening the system, canceling of the particular target stressor and then providing additional energy for healing seems to be a great combination for stimulating the body to heal itself in a very specific direction.
You can have either one or two sessions per month (depending mainly on your budget). You usually take the drops once per day for from 5 to 10 days according to the instructions you get when you receive the drops in the mail. You also receive a progress report with each session showing where you are as you move through the steps of the program.
The program takes some months to go through as each step of the Squeaky Clean Program may involve several sessions. This is not a quick fix. It is a program to systematically remove the underlying causes of chronic health problems or to prevent them from coming up in the first place.

When you register you are charged the initial testing fee plus the first session's drops fee. Also when you register, you will receive some auto-responders from the shopping cart with a questionnaire about your health history and complaints, and a disclaimer to sign and return to us. You answer the questions on the questionnaire and email it back to us.
It is also important to realize that very often there will be unresolved traumas the energy of which are stored in the different organs and systems of the body. The old saying is - The issues are in the tissues! We also know that this is true from the ACE Study (see article on the ACE Study by Dr. Vincent Felitti here - ACE Study).
So also be prepared to work with a Core Dynamics Coach or WaveMaker Coach who can help you resolve these patterns of energy that are stressing your organs and systems. We have excellent coaches available to help you but this is an additional cost. (The coaches charge different amounts for these sessions.)

I went through this program myself and watched some old chronic health problems just drop away as I went through it. Since then I've never been so healthy (other than recovering from my bicycle accident).
