3-Minute Coaching Tip
How many times have you really wanted something in your life and then felt frustrated because it wasn't happening? When this happens do you feel like throwing in the towel? Do you make the conclusion that it just can't happen? Do you chide yourself for wanting the impossible?
Malcom Gladwell, author of The Outliers, talks about how extraordinary success is built on 10,000 hours of work. He gives Bill Gates and the Beatles as examples. Both practiced what they loved, and both put in a lot of time before they were successful.
Coaching Tip: How can you get what you are wanting?
-> Be clear about what you are wanting (this is called clarifying an intention).
-> Take action and practice, practice, practice.
-> Eliminate any limiting beliefs that you can't have it.
-> Let go of any expectation about when it is suppose to arrive.
If you have breakdowns remember this...
You are not alone. You are a particle of the entire Universe. The Universe is 100% for you and zero percent against you - because you are It. When you are clear about what you are wanting the Universe can do nothing else but support you in having what you are wanting.
