Learn how to create new Human Software Engineering Programs - then make them available yourself or via Great Life Technologies!
Now there is a new opportunity to become a contributor to the development of new Human Software Engineering Programs. So far people have been learning to DO human software engineering but mainly Tom Stone has been developing new programs like the Vaporize Your Anxiety program, the Peace of Mind Program for debugging one of the major underlying causes of ADD/ADHD, the Upgrade Your Life in a Day seminars, the Extraordinary Prosperity, Extraordinary Relationships, and Extraordinary Wellness Great Life Programs, etc.
This is all well and good but to have only Tom Stone developing new programs for HSE would be a bit like having Bill Gates doing all of the creating of software programs for PC's by himself. The field of Human Software Engineering isn't going to advance very quickly that way.
So we're opening up the development process for creating HSE programs. We want the development of Human Software Engineering to become something that people can either do on their own or in collaboration with GLT.
So to support the growth and propagation of HSE in the world and also to support those who would like to learn to create and contribute to the advancement of HSE by developing specialized programs, we're now starting for the first time the HSE Program Developer Training Program.
Participants will learn how to develop two categories of new programs
- Core Dynamics Coaching based programs (without the requirement of a WaveMaker or WaveMaker Pro)
- WaveMaker and WaveMaker Pro based programs
We'll be creating parallel versions of a few programs during the training including:
- A comprehensive weight management program
- A program for debugging sleep disorders
- A program for improving people's golf game
- AND... A special application program of your choosing that will belong to you!
The first three programs will be GLT's intellectual property but you will get to use them license free for being a contributor as you are learning how to help create such programs (however, please note that if special test kits get created as part of any of these programs there will be a fee for getting the test kits as these cost GLT to have them made by Martin Keymer).
The intellectual property of the special application program that you create during the training will be yours and you can either produce and market it on your own or submit it to GLT for consideration to produce and market for you. Obviously GLT is the leading marketer and promoter of HSE programs so far in the world but you can either promote your program yourself or team up with GLT. We can't guarantee that we'll take on everyone's programs but if they are really good there's no reason why we won't make them available to our growing community on a royalty or revenue sharing basis.
Some programs will be the kind that you will teach, others you may create as audio or video courses, or simply as books or training manuals or combinations of these or even in other forms like as a game or an interactive learning program on the computer. The possibilities are limitless. Choices such as these will get made as you develop your programs. In some cases you may develop programs that you will have others teach or deliver rather than do this yourself.
When I first thought of creating a program like this a few years ago I thought that the pre-requisite would be the Core Dynamics Teacher Training course which was taught four times over a couple of years. Now however I realize that just having a strong foundation in HSE is all that is required. So if you've been using the WaveMaker and/or the Core Dynamics for a while and feel that you have a good grasp of the basics of understanding the Core Dynamics, using the Pure Awareness Techniques, and optionally working with the WaveMaker or WaveMaker Pro, and you are turned on by the idea of being able to create HSE Programs, then you probably have what it takes to begin learning how to create them.
Just consider the analogy of becoming a computer programmer. It's one thing to know how to use a computer and quite another to learn how to be a computer programmer and creator of computer software programs. Pretty much any "power user" of the computer who has an inclination for it can learn to be a computer programmer. The same goes for Human Software Engineering. So if you feel you have the basics of HSE down and this idea excites you then you are probably a candidate for taking this training.
The HSE Program Developer Training Program Design:
It is a six month program. We will meet three times per month for 90 minutes via webinar class room. There will not be a live event so there won't be any travel expenses involved. We will very likely also have collaborative workspaces such as wikis for each development project to make collaboration easy.
The program will start on Tuesday, May 6th at 2:00 PM and will continue on Tuesdays three times per month. In general the schedule will be the first three Tuesdays of each month with some adjustments for my travel and seminar schedules. We'll clarify any modifications to the schedule as we go. All sessions will be recorded and available for review via the web or you can record them directly to your own computer yourself at each class right from the webinar software.
The cost of the program is $6,000.00 and you can pay for it in full or in six payments of $1,000 per month.
Learning to create HSE Programs can become a very lucrative ability to have. It is a way to highly leverage your time and creativity. It's a bit like becoming an author or books or DVD's or someone who develops computer programs on their own or with other companies. So the investment in this training may turn out to be very small in comparison to the ROI. How much this pays off for you will really depend upon you but the possibilities are limitless.
Although the training is going to begin in May registration is beginning now. The class size will be limited so that everyone can get enough personal attention for their individual projects so if you are interested in joining the program, register early to reserve your seat. This may be the only time that I personally teach this program. With all of the other incredible developments with HSE that are happening (some of which we aren't even ready to make public yet) I may just not have the time so I'll also keeping my eye out for people from this training who can also learn to offer the HSE Program Developer Training program in the future for GLT).
