To listen to the call using Explorer - right click on the date and use the command - "Open in New Window" to listen or "Save Target As..." to download the file to your computer.
To listen to the call using FireFox - if you have QuickTime installed, simply click on the file and it will open in a new window. To download the file right click and use "Save Link as..."
