Wendy Down and Celeste Hamman lead a group of Advanced students in coaching according to the HSE protocol. The coaching sessions are then debriefed by the group.

Who is the program for?

The Advanced WaveMaker Coach Mentoring Program is open to graduates of the WaveMaker Mastery Program (formerly called the Level 1 WaveMaker Coach Mentoring Program) who wish to continue using the Core Dynamics Model and WaveMaker Coaching process to support their personal evolution and realization of intentions with the support of peers and an Advanced Mentor.

What would I gain by joining the Advanced Program?

The main focus of the Advanced Program is to support graduates of the WaveMaker Mastery Program in becoming the fullest expression of themselves (the “Who”) with a side focus on realizing intentions of each coach’s own choosing (the “What”). These intentions may involve a dream the coach wants to move towards such as refining his or her skills as a coach, becoming masterful in a particular coaching niche or achieving a personal goal. To this aim, the program will apply the tools of intention, Pure Awareness techniques and WaveMaker Coaching in every possible way. The program is designed, like life itself, to be self-directed, with each coach’s experience in the program shaped by his or her own intentions. The basic structure of the program includes 2 90-minute calls each month led by Wendy Down and from time to time other Advanced Mentors who will facilitate each call using intuition and muscle checking to make optimal use of the time. Any given call may therefore include coaching by the Mentor or students in the group, group debugging, individual coaching, and discussion or focused conversation. Students will be supported in clarifying and possibly adapting their intentions throughout the program and if desired, planning and taking actions to realize their intentions.

What does the program include?

  • The cornerstone of the Advanced Program is its small group teleclass structure. On two 90-minute calls each month, groups of 5 or 6 students meet under the guidance of an Advanced Mentor to practice and refine their WaveMaker Coaching, be coached, debug and whatever else is appropriate to support group members in realizing their intentions for being in the program.

  • Encouragement of buddy coaching with other Advanced Level students.

  • Access to an exclusive Advanced Group email discussion group within which to share experiences, connect and learn.

  • The option of delivering Laser (20minute) WaveMaker Coaching sessions in order to practice and receiving feedback on one’s coaching

  • Graduates of the Advanced Program are prime candidates for Coaching and Mentoring positions with Great Life Technologies as opportunities arise.

  • Other relevant student-initiated activities that would occur outside of the scheduled calls, limited only by the members’ creativity, interest, time and imagination.
